Developer will be Eagle Tax Service’s
contact person and the person in charge of all other
Franchises in a given area.

The Area Developer is responsible for
- Advertising
- Selecting and qualifying prospective franchisees
- Selling franchises
- Supervision and monitoring of franchises on an ongoing
basis

Eagle Tax Service is responsible for
- Analyzing and procuring the best computer program
each year
- Creation/design of the system and work-flow methods
- Updating manuals and directives
- Training franchisees as to changes in the computer
program, the system and tax laws
- Assisting area developer with trade-show representation,
creation of advertising, etc.
